Account / Inventory Officer at Ardent Universe

Responsibilities

  • The Accounting / Inventory Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors to optimize costs and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in accounting and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
