Business Development Manager – Osun at Lana Healthcare

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth and expansion of Lana Healthcare.
  • As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a business strategy aligned with our company vision, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, trends, and customer needs in the healthcare sector.
  • Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to present Lana Healthcare’s products and services, understanding and addressing their objectives and requirements.
  • Promote Lana Healthcare’s products and services effectively, articulating value propositions and benefits to potential clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level staff members to enhance their sales skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill the job function or as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • HND or BSc Degree in a relevant course, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales proposals and close deals effectively.
  • Market knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry landscape in Nigeria.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated time management and planning abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
