We are a reputable hospitality consulting firm providing unique hospitality support services for our clients throughout the country.Due to an expansion,our client, a five-star hotel, requires the services of a qualified and experienced chef with a proven record.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning and overseeing all kitchen operations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients.
  • maintains a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
  • Monitor, place and take stock of ingredients
  • Ensure all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly
  • Ensure great presentation of dishes before served
  • Setting up a work station with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes with good knowledge of pastries.
  • The candidate should be able to prepare barbecue points, kills, and other related dishes.
