We are a reputable hospitality consulting firm providing unique hospitality support services for our clients throughout the country.Due to an expansion,our client, a five-star hotel, requires the services of a qualified and experienced chef with a proven record.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning and overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients.
- maintains a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Monitor, place and take stock of ingredients
- Ensure all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly
- Ensure great presentation of dishes before served
- Setting up a work station with all the needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes with good knowledge of pastries.
- The candidate should be able to prepare barbecue points, kills, and other related dishes.
