  • Act as a beauty lifestyle product consultant to customers
  • Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely.
  • Have deep product knowledge and exhibit familiarity with all product information.
  • Proactively engage with customers through various channels to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution
  • Encourage satisfied customers to become brand advocates through testimonials, reviews, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.


  • OND / HND / Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in similar position
  • Only candidates located within Lekki, Victoria Island and Lagos axis will be considered.
