Data Entry Officer at Vitalvida

Responsibilities

  • Input simple & repetitive data into a form.
  • Onboarding customers onto a platform and capturing relevant information
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information
  • Perform all other tasks as designated
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Can enter minimum part in the very least 50 customers details a day

We are looking for a candidate who fulfills these requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Being a Computer science graduate is a plus)
  • Must not be more than 27 years old.
  • High level of accountability.
  • Efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Bank Teller background is surely a plus
  • Communication and customer service skills.

Skills

  • Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to type fast on the Computer

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in any field.
  • Must know how to operate a computer.
  • Must be familiar with the internet.
  • Have a strong “CAN DO” spirit and is passionate about making a difference.
  • Must be disciplined, accuracy and details oriented.
  • Residing in the Lekki environs is a plus
  • Data entry experience is a plus

Salary
N40,000 – N65,000
