Front Desk Officer at Fadac Resources

Our client is Nigeria’s leading full service print and copy center offering quality printing solutions for everyday & corporate printing needs. Established with a firm commitment to efficient service and customer service satisfaction. Due to expansion they are in need of a Front desk officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inbound email messages
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest services to increase sales through outbound calls and emails
  • Ensure stationeries sales
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
  • Handling online inquiries by sending quotations, closing deals and hand over to branches for the execution of jobs.

Updating database

  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports such as client database, call reports, big jobs, lead generation, deposit, machine counter, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of first degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
  • Professional Certification in Customer Service Management is an added advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Word and excel
  • Excellent communication via telephone and email
  • Report writing
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to implement plans and instructions
  • Ability to plan and execute plans
