Front Desk Personnel at a Reputable Company

Position Overview:

We are seeking a disciplined and friendly Female Front Desk Personnel who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In addition to providing excellent customer service, this individual will also be responsible for managing our social media presence and executing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

This includes but not limited to:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Qualifications: minimum of B.Sc or it’s equivalent
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
