Job Description
- Conceptualise, plan and implement the organisation’s internal and external communications agenda to achieve continued improved branding.
- Handle all external communications and relations.
- Responsible for the publications of information bulletin, journals and newsletters.
- Manage and handle several information channels and platforms.
- Responsible for Bank’s image and reputation management.
- Act as company spokesperson and frontline representative on all external relations & engagement.
- Responsible for developing corporate social responsibility schemes for the Bank.
Experience and Qualification
- A first Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline, including Mass communication, Public Relations and Marketing.
- A Master’s degree or other relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communication, Marketing or Journalism.
- Excellent written and oral communications, with good presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing media, advocacy or marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital and social network media.
- Basic knowledge in graphics would be an added advantage.
