Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer who will be able to every aspect of the employment process such as Recruitment and Selection, Employee/ Staff Engagement, including Onboarding, Oreientation and Training new staff members and Payroll.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and manager
Job Responsibility
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Maintain employee records such as Attendance, Onbaoarding Forms according to policy and legal requirements.
- Ensure that there is a monthly meeting held with the staffs and clients
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Ensuring that New staff are enrolled on Payroll (Salary and Pension) and to assist in performance management processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Analytical updating and filling of staff resord as well documentation.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Requirement and Skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- HR Credentials (e.g. PHR, CIPM)
- Proven experience as HR officer, Administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to use MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Candidate must be a male
