Human Resource Officer at Halogen Group

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer who will be able to every aspect of the employment process such as Recruitment and Selection, Employee/ Staff Engagement, including Onboarding, Oreientation and Training new staff members¬and Payroll.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and manager

Job Responsibility

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Maintain employee records such as Attendance, Onbaoarding Forms according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that there is a monthly meeting held with the staffs and clients
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Ensuring that New staff are enrolled on Payroll (Salary and Pension)¬†and to assist in performance management processes
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Analytical updating and filling of staff resord as well documentation.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Requirement and Skills¬

  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • HR Credentials (e.g. PHR, CIPM)
  • Proven experience as HR officer, Administrator¬†or¬†other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to use¬†MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Candidate must be a male
