PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Processing and cutting/ assembling printed and non-printed, laminated and non-laminated reels into predetermined dimensions manually via the use of sewing machine.
THE JOB
- Document breakdown report
- Keep working environment neat
- Report breakdown to engineering team promptly.
- Ensure good weaving bags.
- Adherence with production planning& schedule
- Resources allocation (labor & material).
- Ensure efficiency and waste reduction Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Ensure Health Safety & Environment standard (HSE), Housekeeping (5S Standard)
- Awareness, understanding and application of quality policy on assigned jobs.
- Awareness, understanding and application departmental /process quality objectives.
- Awareness of your contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS, including the benefits of improved performance including associated opportunities for improvement of the processes assigned.
- Awareness of the implications of not conforming with the Company QMS requirements including associated risks for the process assigned.
THE PERSON MUST
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have outstanding attention to details.
- Be able to maintain high concentration level.
- Possess the ability to work in a team and independently.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- NABTEB/ Trade Test.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
