Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Analysis:

  • Analyze inventory data to discern trends, detect patterns, and pinpoint discrepancies.
  • Supervise stock levels, track aging inventory, and monitor stock movements.
  • Lead root cause investigations for inventory discrepancies and stock shortages.

Data Entry:

  • Input inventory-related data accurately and promptly into our inventory management system.
  • Confirm and update essential product details, including quantities.
  • Initiate internal requisitions when stock reaches critical levels.

Inventory Reporting:

  • Produce regular inventory reports, such as stock status updates, aging inventory summaries, and consumption reports.
  • Draft specialized reports and perform analyses as directed by managerial staff or other stakeholders.
  • Support in presenting inventory insights and recommendations to the inventory manager and the broader operations team.

Inventory Management Support:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the inventory team to uphold accurate inventory records and foster efficient stock management.
  • Aid in orchestrating periodic physical inventory checks and in reconciling any variances found.
  • Co-ordinate daily and monthly stock count activities
  • Champion the execution of stringent inventory control processes and methodologies.

Data Validation and Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee and validate the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the inventory system.
  • Conduct and manage the movement of all our products to ensure accuracy.
  • Daily stock update and confirmation
  • Reconcile and audit all stock movements across all Warehouses
  • Carry out routine data audits to detect and rectify data mismatches or inconsistencies.
  • Uphold the integrity of our data by consistently adhering to recognized data entry standards and procedures.

Process Improvement:

  • Recognize opportunities for refining processes and introducing automation into inventory management and data entry operations.
  • Review all SLA and attend SLA meeting to action non compliance with all stakeholder
  • Team up with the inventory crew to simplify processes and boost overall efficiency.

Educational & Professional:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong ability to write and implement Excel formulas and functions. Knowledge of advanced Excel features, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques and data quality assurance best practices.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in identifying and addressing issues.
