Responsibilities
- Inspect hotel grounds and equipment to ensure adherence to all safety standards
- Develop routine and preventative maintenance strategies
- Respond to staff and/or customer complaints and dispatch necessary personnel
- Organize repair and renovation projects, create a budget, and oversee each project
- Act swiftly to resolve emergencies
- Identify ways to conserve energy and reduce operating costs
- Supervise technician and janitor staff, write schedules, and offer feedback
- Develop and nurture relationships with service providers, contractors, and distributors Maintain budget, expenses, and activity logs
