Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS)

Job Description

  • The incumbent will be responsible for the M&E activities (KP/Harm Reduction; AGYW/Cervical Cancer/NCD, respectively).
  • The officer works as part of the state technical team and shall support the implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation systems at all program sites/facilities. Achievement of GF project depends largely on periodic reporting of complete, accurate, excellent, and timely program service statistics to GF, state governments and other stakeholders.
  • S/he will guide/drive to achieve set targets through establishment of effective program Monitoring and Evaluation systems at all supported entities in the state.

Minimum Required Qualification:

  • University Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Public Administration or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting with Local or International NGOs; preferably in Care and treatment. Experience with NMRS, DHIS, DATIM and RADET reporting a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access required.
  • Experience with data form design, collection, and data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret large amount of information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent personal communication skills, in written and verbal English, with high impact influencing and persuasive skills and able to represent the organization to donors and partners.
  • Good experience of using Ms. Word, Excel or applicable software related to position.
