TASKS
- Welcomes cutomers and ensures their comfort.
- Attends to customers’ needs at the resort.
- Ensures speedy service delivery.
- Responds promptly to customers’ call.
- keep proper daily record of transactions carried out.
SKILLS
- Knowledge handling food/drinks
- Knowledge of names of wines, beers, cocktail, smoothies etc
- Ability to understand business sign language
