Purpose of the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager manages the territory by developing direct client relationships and supporting all sales staff within his assigned jurisdiction. He is responsible for promoting and selling the entire brand portfolio of Uni-Medical products and services to the clients within his assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager engages in problem resolution as the conduit between the client and other sales personnel in his region, always presents the brand portfolio with a high level of professionalism, achieve sales quota for his region and supervise a team of sales personnel and set profitable goals:

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

We are looking to recruit a Medical consumable industry result driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Lagos/South west Team in the promotion of Medical consumables portfolio and Medical Equipment.

  • Propose region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding existing customer base and penetrating new market segments.
  • Conduct market research to identify customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product development and customer support to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage and evaluate region and individual performances.
  • Report on region-wise sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching and leading his team to achieve sales target.
  • Educating the sales team by providing seminars and other training on sales techniques.
  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
  • Design presentation, cross-selling programs, and campaigns.
  • Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies.
  • Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best.
