Job Details
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Attend networking events to build contacts and generate leads
- Negotiate with clients to secure a successful deal
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business
