Floorkraft Limited, a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive at Floorkraft, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management for forecasting and sales tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing is an advantage.
