Sales Representative (For an Asphalt Plant) at RCF Nigeria Limited

Role Overview:

The Sales Representative will be a key player in our team, driving sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and strengthening our position in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of the asphalt and quarry industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage potential clients in the government and private sectors, specifically those requiring asphalt .
  • Utilize experience in the asphalt industry to develop tailored sales strategies that resonate with our target market.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, understanding their ongoing needs and how our products can meet them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales and marketing materials targeted at the asphalt and quarry sectors.
  • Provide insights into product development and service offerings based on industry trends and client feedback.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the asphalt, quarry, or related construction materials industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of market dynamics in the construction materials sector.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a related industry.
