  • We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office.
  • Your role is critical to the success of our business and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Drafting and preparing documents and reports
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND/ND/SSCE
  • Must reside in Benin City
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
