Sites Manager at Keshab Properties & Investment Limited

Keshab Properties and Investment Ltd is a fast–growing real estate firm and Investment company committed to reducing the housing deficit in Nigeria. Our services cut across estate development, Investment advisory, and asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level supervision to ensure compliance to all company’s rules and regulations.
  • Manage and Oversee all sites works in all estates of the company
  • Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount, check-ins of workers  to ensure  availability during working hours.
  • Train all  site workers and new hired in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor all site activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies..
  • Organize workers and perform background investigation and provide on site tests to all prospective workers
  • Coordinate  and manage plans and activities for higher productivity on site.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns and grievances as per existing company policy.
  • Develop ways to retain all employees through motivation and encouragement.
  • Manage employee pool by hiring, retaining or terminating of same, evaluate performance and counsel employees to improve performance.
  • Maintain daily and weekly  reporting line.
