Social Media Manager/Content Creator at Cornfield Group

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Creating captivating content for the organization’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
  • Developing and overseeing campaigns to draw attention to the brand
  • Overseeing, planning, and delivering content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Asana,
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts
  • Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the team lead

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • BSc degree in Communication, Marketing, or a relevant field
