- We are looking for someone with the ability to deliver elegant and insightful analytics solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Candidates would have the ability to design metrics and KPIs, build queries using data from multiple data sources, use BI tools to create dashboards, and identify trends and provide insights to support business decision making.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities, and be able to effectively collaborate with different teams.
- The role is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across the company.
- Manages and coaches Data Stewards, Data Engineers and Business Intelligence Analysts, by planning, explaining and reviewing tasks with the team, establishing objectives, prioritizing activities and allocating resources.Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Studies, or related field with 7+ years of professional experience.
- Previous experience as Business Intelligence leader or manager
- Proven experience with SQL and BI Tools for data analysis.
- Firm understanding of statistics and databases.
- Expert problem-solving and analytical skills.
