Technical Support Administrator – Solar Solutions at EnergyMall Nigeria


  1. Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support, sales assistance, and administrative services related to solar solutions
  2. Assist customers in understanding and navigating EnergyMall’s solar products and services
  3. Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of solar equipment
  4. Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience
  5. Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions, sales leads, and administrative tasks
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and support the achievement of sales targets
  7. Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping
  8. Provide ongoing support to technical staff, coordinating with them to address customer concerns and inquiries
  9. Use tools such as Jira applications to streamline and improve internal processes
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  11. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams in both verbal and written interactions.


  1. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
  4. Familiarity with CRM applications for customer management
  5. Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  6. Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  7. Basic computer usage skills
  8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
  9. Ability to work under pressure.
  10. Nice-to-Have Skills / Competencies:
  11. Knowledge of solar energy solutions
  12. Experience with Jira applications
  13. Previous sales support or administrative experience in a technical environment.
