Technical Support (Heavy-Duty Equipment) at Zenilum Company Limited

Requirements for consideration:

  • An engineering degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant technical experience
  • Experience with cranes and other heavy, mechanical equipment would be a plus.
  • Ability to go offshore would be a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Demonstration of ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and hardworking

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support in all technical operations from planning to execution and close out.
  • Liaise with clients, OEMs, contractors, and vendors on technical matters.
  • Interface between inventory control, technical personnel management, documentation
  • control, and technical operations
  • Provide technical support to the sales & procurement team
  • Conduct site and client visits as needed.
  • Participation in Projects and Bid submissions as needed.
