JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
- Ability to use booking applications – Amadeus, Galileo and Sebre and other booking API is a must
- Booking air, car hotels & Tours reservation for corporate clients, individuals and designated group of travelers
- Making Reservation, issue as well as process change to tickets (rerouting, reissue, cancellation, voiding etc)
- Ability to provide visa advise for major countries of interest including transit visa
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, cost, and accommodations.
- To travelers, provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps regulations, events, etc.).
- Responsible for ensuring all cleints travel issues are resolved timely.
- Responsible for developing Tour packages for both individauls & Group travels
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
- Network with tour operations.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Meet profit and sales targets.

REQUIREMENT
- Proven work experience in Ticketing/Reservation (3 – 6 years of relevant work experience).
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills: Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel policies.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
- Experience in the tourism industry will be considered an advantage.
- Good in Ms. Word & Ms. Excel.
