Job Description
- Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests
- Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints
- Answer all incoming calls, and redirect them when needed
- Receive letters, and packages and send them to the appropriate destination
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Job Requirements
- *B.sc in any discipline
- Social Media Savvy
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer Service
- Attention to details
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Team player
*MUST live within OGBA, IKEJA or its environs
