Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting system
- Configuration of Laptops.
- Quick resolution of Internet, 3CX issues
- Develop payment processed- vendor payment, agency etc
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Local Area Network related issues for voice, data & Power
- Maintaining and troubleshooting internet connectivity and Email challenges
- Maintaining and troubleshooting all computer hardware and software related problems
- Generating periodic reports of the status of all ICT related issues within the organization
- Monitoring the Closed Circuit Television
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
