Live-in Caregiver/ Housekeeper at a Reputable Company

We are currently seeking a highly professional and dedicated individual to work for our client as a live-in caregiver. This position involves providing comprehensive care for a client residing in Abuja, with a focus on ensuring the well-being of their children and maintaining a clean and hygienic home environment.


As a live-in caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and development of the children under your care. Your responsibilities will extend beyond childcare to include domestic chores and property maintenance. This position requires a compassionate and responsible individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive care to children, including bathing and ensuring their hygiene.
  • Assist children with their assignments and engage them in extracurricular activities.
  • Teach and guide children in the study of tahfiz.
  • Exhibit excellent cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for the family.
  • Perform domestic chores such as cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain a clean and organized home environment.

Preferred Competencies:

  • We prefer a candidate who is a Muslim lady.
  • The candidate should be willing to live with the family in Abuja.
  • Proficiency in Yoruba language is highly preferred, but fluency in other languages will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in caring for children aged 2 to 5 years is highly desirable.
  • Candidates should not have any medical conditions that would hinder their ability to perform the job responsibilities.

Appointment for this position is typically on a probationary basis, which may be confirmed after three months of satisfactory service. Accommodation will be provided on the property.
