Job Summary

RKK Group seeks a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with specialized skills in promoting solar energy products. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of our solar energy solutions in the Nigerian market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable and clean energy alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences in the solar energy sector.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote solar energy products.
  • Create targeted campaigns to reach specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition for solar energy products.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Create engaging content to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, workshops, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for the production of marketing materials.
  • Develop educational materials to raise awareness about the benefits of solar energy.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in marketing solar energy products or related renewable energy solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian energy market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
