Your Role as a Marketing Officer includes:
- Advocate and market for the company.
- Onboard new customers.
- Follow up on renewals.
- Follow up on referrals.
- Encourage up sells and cross-sells.(Lab Tests, Vaccines,Scans, Xray)
- Build relationships between customers and the support team.
- Be the voice of the customer.
- Ensure sales goals are reached.
