Office Assistant at Fracrock Solutions Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
  • Arranging for meetings by senior executives
  • Maintaining office equipment for smooth office functionality
  • Receiving clients when they arrive and showing them the respective offices/officers
  • Managing office supplies, including consumables
  • Opening, sorting and distributing mail and faxes
  • Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives
  • Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
  • Light accounting/admin duties
  • Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and financial statements and using Microsoft office
  • Responsible for daily workload of tasks as assigned by line manager or supervisor
  • Work in conjunction with the operations team during mobilisation and normal operations.

Education and/or Experience:

  • HND in any of the Business/Accounting disciplines
  • No previous job experience is required
  • Role requires the Office Assistant to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft office software.
  • Must be flexible, highly customer focused and able to work unsupervised. Proven team player with proactive approach to health and safety.

Communication Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Confident communicator with customers, contractors and fellow workers. Be an ambassador for the company at the front line.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft office software.

Work Environment:

Will be required to work in the Office.
