- A Python developer proficient in backend web development using Django.
Responsibilities
What we expect of you:
- Work hand-in-glove with the Frontend developer to deliver stable and performant applications.
- Develop and maintain new or existing microservices using industry best practices. Our stack is mostly Python (Django) and Ruby (Rails).
- Test Driven Development (TDD). Ensure high test coverage on all applications using unit and integration tests.
- Produce self explanatory OpenAPI 3 compliant documentation on all exposed endpoints.
- Database administration and management using raw SQL on PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Design and Implement system architecture using UML dia grams.
- Familiarity with messaging queues and job schedulers like RabbitMQ and Celery.
- Familiarity with Heroku and AWS cloud services.
- Effective collaboration using GIt and GitHub
- Experience in developing a fintech application.
