Responsibilities;
- Forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for projects.
- Preparing documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, interim valuation, interim payment certificates and other documents.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
- Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Carrying out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably consider necessary or proper in the interest of the company.
Requirements;
- Minimum of BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of three years’ experience in practice
- Excellent in measurement and valuation
- Excellent in material estimation
