Real Estate Sales Representative at Smart Property Trading


The duties & responsibilities are not limited to the following;

  • To develop new business relationships,
  • identify prospects, and follow through till the sale is closed.
  • Utilize systems and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate.
  • Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through a scheduled reporting structure.
  • Design/ draft content-filled proposals for prospective clients.
  • Arrange/design advertising to promote the property(ies)
  • To maintain effective relationships with existing clients to retain business
  • Present the Group to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and emails.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits and follows up effectively with clients till closure


  • Academic qualification of a BSc / BA / HND/ OND Degree in any relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience
  • Sales experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to sell luxury real estate off-plan products
  • Has good professional work ethics
  • Has a wide range of prospect networks and is conversant with the terrain of operation
  • Good customer service etiquette
  • Should be affiliated with Realtor groups
  • Passionate about sales and marketing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites


N50,000 and commission on every Sale
