Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with doctors to perform scans, investigations, and administer injection teaching for clients, while also providing valuable support during theatre procedures to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain operational readiness by conducting daily inspections of procedure rooms, ensuring meticulous cleanliness and readiness, while also managing procedural areas to uphold the highest quality standards continuously.
  • Ensure strict adherence to agreed SOPs and standards for quality assurance, while safeguarding client rights, confidentiality, and privacy, and continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to drive innovation.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, offering the right level of emotional support, guidance, and counselling, empowering them throughout their treatment cycle.
  • Accurately document client information according to the organization’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), efficiently inputting and updating data on the organization’s clinical e-system, overseeing stock usage, preparing monthly stock reports, and providing comprehensive weekly activity logs and reports for management.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing / Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license.
  • 4 years experience in fertility nursing, reproductive medicine, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, procedures, and protocols, including fertility medication administration and cycle monitoring.
  • Proficiency in conducting scans, performing injections, and assisting in theatre procedures.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in reproductive healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide emotional support and communicate medical information effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with advancements in fertility nursing and reproductive medicine.
  • Collaborative nature, capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
