Relationship Manager at KSBC Knowledge Resources Limited

The Relationship Manager would create and maintain connections with business clients to drive sales.

Their duties include meeting with clients in person to discuss new products or services, resolving client issues with their employer’s products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.

They are relied upon to find ways to outperform the competition and maintain the company’s positive image.

To succeed in this role, one must be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers; must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills and must be capable of maintaining strong relationships with the company’s clients to boost brand and profits.

Requirements and Skills

  •  Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate and possess a 100% sense of ownership, Corporate behavior, knowledge, and sound judgment.
