Job Description
- Onboarding massive dealer across business in Lontor Hi Tech;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate distributor networks across business in Lontor Hi Tech;
- Initiate and lead sales activities to achieve sales targets;
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
- Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
- Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers;
- Monitor and analyze performance dealers/customers performance and adverse accordingly;
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure product publicity across business area;
- Working with sales team members to achieve sales targets;
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs across targeted region;
