  • Responding to offline/online inquiries
  • Creating/editing/formatting documents
  • Scheduling meetings & appointments
  • Performing general clerical & administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Public Administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Secretary or a related role
  • MUST reside around Moniya
  • Attention to details
  • Organizational & time management skill
  • Effective communication skills
  • Fluent in Yoruba & Ibo language
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Must be a Female
  • Age between 28 – 35 years old
