Skills/Qualifications :
- Graduate in any 4 years business course or other courses relevant to the job post 2+ years hands-on experience in a FMCG environment.
- Strong background in business management,
- Excellent in Microsoft excel and Google Sheet application
- Must be proficient in all modes of transportations
- Presentation skills – ability to present and communicate with confidence.
- Knowledge and experience on SAP business solution is a plus
Key Roles/Responsibilities
- Share Monthly Transport Requirement to Vendor
- Share Weekly Transport Requirement to Vendor
- Select the right type of truck based on VSO (CBM or Tonnage)
- Book and secure transport from vendor for W+ 1 requirement
- Maintain Vendor Database Profile: Financial, truck/route strength, number of trucks, number of drivers, weaknesses, organization they are previously working
- Collaborate with other transport, SCM and Depot teams and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of key issues
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
