JOB DESCRIPTION
- A Burger, Shawarma, and Small Chops Chef is responsible for creating and preparing a variety of menu items, including burgers, shawarmas, and small chops.
- They must have expertise in grilling, seasoning, and assembling burgers, as well as preparing shawarma fillings and small chops such as Puff puff, samosas and spring rolls.
- Attention to flavor, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards are crucial in this role.
- Additionally, menu development, ingredient sourcing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene are part of their responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SSCE, OND, Culinary School Certificate.
- 2 to 4 years experience.
- Must be able to communicate easily.
- Applicants must be living or residing around Lekki Phase 1.
- Must be able to coordinate and control the kitchen staff.
