Responsibilities
- He/she shall oversee all marketing and sales activity, Nationwide. To this effect all marketing & sales staff shall report to him.
- He/she shall have direct supervision and control over all Government parastatal, NGO, State and Federal Government tender businesses.
- He/she shall develop all government parastatal business, NGO & tender business.
- He/she shall have oversight on all Tertiary and Secondary Institutions Nationwide.
- He/she shall ensure growth in redistribution value of all company’s brands Nationwide.
- He/she shall achieve an agreed Nationwide Budget on Revenue Generation.
- He/she shall directly in charge of clinical meetings, Nationwide
- He/she shall visit all Regions, a minimum of once in a quarter to work in the field with all reps.
- He/she shall establish relationships with all the key decision makers/ opinion leaders, Nationwide.
- He/she shall directly supervise Distributor/Dealer businesses Nationwide. Consequently he shall have responsibility to attract Key Distributors.
- He/she shall vet all expenses and recommended same for MD’s approval for all marketing staff (Medical Representatives and BDMs) e.g clinical meeting expenditure.
- He/she shall oversee the distribution of promo materials through the company channel of distribution.
- He/she shall submit to the MD, weekly and Monthly Report on all the above and more importantly: Sales Collection and Redistribution per product/territory, activities of Reps such report must be received by the MD not later than 3 days in the new month.
- Any other business that may be assigned by the MD/GM.
Qualifications
- The required applicant should be a Pharmacist by discipline with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
