Business Development Specialist at CNL HOMES LIMITED


  • You are expected to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Source for avenues where you can lead the Sales Team to attract more potential clients and eventually close deals for the company.
  • Your primary objective is to generate revenue and increase profitability by building relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative strategies to grow the business.


  • Analyzing Real estate market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop a Sale Strategy template for the company targeted towards recording steady sale.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Maintain existing business relationship with clients.
  • Report to the Executive Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in the Real Estate industry or Insurance industry.
  • Smart dressing sense.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Ability to work, train and mentor team members.
