JOB BRIEF
- You are expected to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Source for avenues where you can lead the Sales Team to attract more potential clients and eventually close deals for the company.
- Your primary objective is to generate revenue and increase profitability by building relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative strategies to grow the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing Real estate market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop a Sale Strategy template for the company targeted towards recording steady sale.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Maintain existing business relationship with clients.
- Report to the Executive Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in the Real Estate industry or Insurance industry.
- Smart dressing sense.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Ability to work, train and mentor team members.
