Job Description
Our hotel is looking for a professional cook with a minimum of one year experience. The cook will be responsible for assisting the chef and should be able to:
- Maintain a prepared and sanitized work area
- Prepare a variety of food item.
- Constantly make use of safe and hygienic handling practices
- Cook in bulk and make proper use of the kitchen equipment provided.
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a cook as stated above.
- Must have a knowledge of local dish techniques , knowledge on intercontinental dishes will be appreciated too.
- Candidates should also possess baking and grilling skills.
- Capable of working at a fast pace.
- Candidate must reside or be willing to work in lagos.
