Job Description
Our hotel is looking for a professional cook with a minimum of one year experience. The cook will be responsible for assisting the chef and should be able to:

  • Maintain a prepared and sanitized work area
  • Prepare a variety of food item.
  • Constantly make use of safe and hygienic handling practices
  • Cook in bulk and make proper use of the kitchen equipment provided.
  • Present, garnish and arrange final dishes

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a cook as stated above.
  • Must have a knowledge of local dish techniques , knowledge on intercontinental dishes will be appreciated too.
  • Candidates should also possess baking and grilling skills.
  • Capable of working at a fast pace.
  • Candidate must reside or be willing to work in lagos.
