Customer Care Representative at Mshel Homes Ltd

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
  2.   Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.
  3. Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email, and social media.
  4. Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.
  5. Attend to walk-in clients and provide all the required assistance needed.
  6.   Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  7. Meet sales targets by following up on leads and closing deals.
  8. Assist in any capacity required in relating with the company’s clients and prospects.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.
  2. Minimum of three years’ experience as a Customer Care Representative.
  3. Experience as a sales person is vital.
  4. Professional certification is an added advantage.
