Customer Service Representative / Merchandiser at Quest Employment

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers inquiries, and requests.
  • Stock and replace products to avoid damages.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.
  • Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
  • Prepare store display and make sure products are accurately labelled.
  • Process customer’s order and payment in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE / OND
  • Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a supermarket.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent Customer-facing skill.
  • Good communication skills.
