JOB SUMMARY:
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in the company. It entails prioritizing emails, phone calls, and arranging meetings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing the CEO’s calendars and setting up meetings.Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Record daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Oversee the performance of junior staff working directly with the CEO.
- Draft and review information for internal and external communication for the CEO such as memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Taking minutes during meetings.Screen, prioritize emails and respond to them accordingly.Maintain various records and documents for the CEO.
- Perform various admin and executive functions as directed by the CEO.
DEMONSTRATE KEY COMPETENCIES IN:
- Proficiency in all MS applications, eg. Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- English proficiency (oral and written).
- Time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess at least 4-5 years of relevant experience as either a PA or EA.
- B.Sc. or HND in admin studies, management or relevant field
