Responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and providing efficient administrative support to the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, customers, or regulatory representatives and provide a positive first impression. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information about the company and our products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues and attending to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for resolution
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company invoicing, and other transactions
- Timely receipt, sorting and distribution of mail/deliveries incoming /& outgoing.
- Conducting preoperative assessment on clients so as to detect condition.
- Monitoring and providing general care to patients on ground
- Ensuring adequate documentation of medical notes.
- Working with other consultant as part of a team
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers questions about specific products/services
- Manage customers’ orders on all social media platforms and ensure accurate issuance of invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a OND, HND and Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Any relevant field of study is acceptable with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- The desired candidate must be intelligent sales driven and Customer Oriented.
- He or She is expected to be the first point of contact for all clients.
- He or She must be able to use basic Microsoft packages.
- Ability to speak Yoruba language is an added advantage
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Digitally oriented
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
