Job Summary

Responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and providing efficient administrative support to the organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, customers, or regulatory representatives and provide a positive first impression. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information about the company and our products.
  •  Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues and attending to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for resolution
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company invoicing, and other transactions
  •  Timely receipt, sorting and distribution of mail/deliveries incoming /& outgoing.
  • Conducting preoperative assessment on clients so as to detect condition.
  • Monitoring and providing general care to patients on ground
  • Ensuring adequate documentation of medical notes.
  •  Working with other consultant  as part of a team
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers questions about specific products/services
  • Manage customers’ orders on all social media platforms and ensure accurate issuance of invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Cross-sell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a OND, HND and Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Any relevant field of study is acceptable with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • The desired candidate must be intelligent sales driven and Customer Oriented.
  • He or She is expected to be the first point of contact for all clients.
  • He or She must be able to use basic Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to speak Yoruba language is an added advantage
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  • Basic math skills
  • Digitally oriented
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
